At Sync Robotics, I worked on bringing automation to life. Building and programming robotic systems that combined precision engineering with real-world problem solving. From designing prototypes to testing advanced control systems, I was hands-on at every stage of development. It was all about turning bold ideas into working machines.

As a Mechanical Design Intern, my responsibility was to integrate a new system to address lighting glare issues in the tile-grouting robot for line detection. I integrated a robust low-light-angle fixture with dedicated math and positional calculations to best solve this issue with respect to different tile textures through CAD, a machine-learning SNR model and site testing.
